How are credits consumed?
Every action (search, analysis, transcript retrieval, upload) costs a fixed number of credits. Your monthly included credits are consumed first. If you run out, purchased credits (Voyager only) are used as overflow.
What happens when my monthly credits run out?
On Navigator, wait until your next billing cycle for credits to reset, or upgrade to Voyager for more monthly credits plus the ability to buy extra packs. On Voyager, purchased credits automatically kick in.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits never expire. They remain on your account indefinitely and persist through plan changes or cancellations.
Do monthly credits roll over?
No. Monthly included credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Use them or lose them — this keeps plans simple and fair.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change plans whenever you want. When you switch, your monthly credits reset to the new plan’s allocation. Purchased credits are never affected.
Can I buy credits without being on Voyager?
No. Credit packs can only be purchased on the Voyager plan. Once purchased, they stay usable for credit-based features even if you downgrade or cancel (monthly plan credits pause until you resubscribe). Storage and channel limits still require an active plan.
How does the free trial work?
New users get 5 credits and 14 days to explore the platform. After the trial ends, you can still view your existing data but need to subscribe to run new operations.
